Chitral is no doubt one of the best tourism spot in Northen areas of Pakistan .Chitral is located in the North West of Pakistan and is a beautiful valley in the Hindukush range of Mountains.Chitral is famous for its natural beauty, the simplicity of its residents and its unique culture.It has always been a very important route for many invaders to south east Asia, Including Alexander the great Scythians, Mangol Changez Khan and numerous others. Chitral is a small town with a one single street bazaar and a few tourist class hotels. At the end of bazaar on the right (River side) there is the Chitral Fort and Palace of Mehtar (Mir Or King), In front of the Fort is the Jami Mosque of Chitral an impressive architecture with beautiful inlays and decorations.

Foreigners can go to Chitral from Islamabad by road. Chitral and the North is safe and you can go by road from chitral Boone, Master and over Shandur pass to Phander Khali lake to Gilgit. Very scenic route to travel. Foreigners can go to Chitral from Islamabad by road.

The distance between Islamabad and Chitral is 263 km. The road distance is 500.7 km.
LANGUAGE:-
Khowar is the major language spoken in Chitral. It is perhaps the second largest Dardic language in Pakistan. It is also spoken in certain villages and valleys in the Ghizer district of Gilgit Baltistan.

Chitral is the most beautiful and peaceful district of Pakistan for tourism situated at the North most in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province..  It is the most fascinating and charming place in the Hindukush range. The weather in Chitral is extremely harsh and cold in winter unlike the other parts of the country, while the summer is very pleasant and the best season to visit the area.
FRUIS AND VEGETABLES:-
A variety of vegetables including tomatoes, onion, garlic, spinach, okra, lettuce, pumpkin, brinjal etc are cultivated in Chitral since ages. The famous fruits of the area include different types of apples, apricots, pears, grapes, peaches, strawberries and cherries.
